Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or refunds.  All products are custom and made to order.   We inspect every purchase for accuracy and quality before packing and shipping.  Please inspect your product upon delivery, and reach out to us within 24 hours, if there is any shipping damage, we will do our best to help.   We pack our product securely and include fragile on all packages in the effort to prevent damage caused by carriers.
